ONLINE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

(Yogyakarta – 5 working days)

Key Responsibilities

• Online Marketing Role
• Provide timely and friendly customer service in responding to general and specialized customer requests via phone, email and online help desk tools.
• Conceptualise and create new programs and promotions to freshen customers’ experience with Online Brochure/Booklet Distribution.
• Proactively contact new and existing customers to inform new programs, product releases and events primarily through telephone sales, or email blasts.
• Maintain customer and product database.
• Responsible for special projects as assigned.
• Current assignment will be helping to market SgBrochure.com (Singapore’s online brochure and booklet distribution) and IndoFans.com (Indonesia freelance job portal)

• Experience and Skills Required
• Bachelor degree in related fields of marketing, public relations, communications or digital media.
• Passion in Online Marketing.
• Fresh graduates with a burning desire to perform are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 2 year of Internet media or media sales experience, preferred.
• Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
• Outstanding English and Indonesia written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
• Experience in the use of Photoshop/Graphic tools and social media is highly relevant
