Recruitment Manager
Job Description :
- Develop and design recruitment materials
- Plan, design and monitor the implementation of recruitment program to fulfill organization needs
- Coordinate and evaluate the selection process
- Consolidating manpower planning in each division, review and prioritize the needs based on organization growth
Job Requirement :
- Having good knowledge about employment contracts
- Having goog knowledge about Labor Law is a must
- Hold Bachelor degree in Psychologist with GPA min. 3.00 will be advantage, but those with other major and have experience are also welcome
- Smart, independent, high self motivated person, responsible, hard worker, able work under pressure and commit to deadline
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and willing to work extra time
- Min 2 years in managerial level
- Experience in an International recruitment company will be added advantage
- Min. 2 years experience as recruitment manager
- Age, max. 28 - 35 years old
- Familiar with psychological tools
- Having good knowledge about recruitment and selection system
