Head of Personnel Department
Responsibilities:
- This hands on leadership position is responsible for the Personnel and General Affairs function including workforce strategy and planning, recruiting, compensation planning, performance management, training, benefits, payroll, office administration arrangements
Requirements:
- Updated knowledge in HR system and Labor / Manpower regulation and able to choose effective system that match the company
- Able to work independently as well as a team member, proactive, adaptive, and hard worker
- Computer literate
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law or Management
- Experience in HR management more than 4 years
- Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
- Ability to effectively interact and interface across all functions and levels of the organization
